Como Metropolitan Miami Beach, a 74-room five-star boutique hotel, occupies an authentic 1939 Art Deco building designed by Albert Anis in South Beach. The Italian designer Paola Navone preserved the Art Deco heritage while adding contemporary elements in peppermint green and dusky grey, with white marble and chrome surfaces.
